Service Booking Process

Last updated: 23 June 2026

1. Scope of Application

This procedure applies to all service transactions conducted through the Pebbles platform.

Pebbles is a platform connecting service users and service providers. Services are directly provided by service providers and not by Pebbles.

2. Searching for and Selecting Services

Users may search for and review services posted on Pebbles based on various criteria, such as:

  • Type of service;
  • Child’s age or needs;
  • Service area;
  • Suitable time;
  • Service provider information.

Information displayed on the platform may include service descriptions, indicative pricing, duration, conditions of use, exchange and cancellation policies, and other relevant information.

3. Booking Services

After selecting a suitable service, users may submit a booking request through the platform.

A booking request may include:

  • The selected service;
  • Desired time;
  • Service location, if applicable;
  • Other necessary information for the service provider to prepare for service delivery.

Once submitted, the request shall be recorded by the system and forwarded to the service provider for processing.

4. Appointment Confirmation

An appointment shall be confirmed when:

  • The service provider accepts the booking request; or
  • The system automatically confirms the booking according to the mechanism published by Pebbles for each type of service.

In certain cases, the service provider may propose another time or reject the request if the service can no longer be provided at the selected time.

Users shall receive a notification when the appointment status changes.

5. Payment

Certain services may require partial or full payment of the transaction value in advance.

Payment shall be made through payment methods integrated into the platform and operated by licensed payment service providers.

Payment details are provided in Pebbles’ Payment Procedure.

6. Service Performance

After an appointment is confirmed, the service shall be performed directly between the user and the service provider in accordance with the confirmed content.

The service provider shall be responsible for:

  • Service content;
  • Service quality;
  • Service conditions;
  • Professional requirements or practice conditions prescribed by law.

7. Reviews and Feedback

After using a service, users may submit reviews or feedback on the platform.

Reviews must reflect actual experiences and must not contain false, insulting, defamatory, or unlawful content.

Pebbles has the right to review, hide, or remove inappropriate content in order to protect the interests of the user community.

8. Role of Pebbles

Pebbles provides a technology platform that helps the parties search for, connect, and manage service transactions.

Pebbles does not directly provide the services posted on the platform and is not a party to the service contract or agreement between users and service providers.

If an issue arises in connection with a transaction, Pebbles may support the receipt of information, coordinate communications, and support resolution in accordance with the policies published on the platform.
