Responsibility

1. Responsibilities of Pebbles

Pebbles shall be responsible for:

• Operating and maintaining the platform in accordance with the law;
• Publicly disclosing policies, regulations, and necessary information on the platform;
• Receiving and supporting the handling of feedback and complaints arising in connection with transactions conducted through the platform;
• Implementing appropriate measures to support the protection of user information;
• Cooperating with competent state authorities upon request in accordance with the law.

Pebbles is a platform connecting users and service providers and does not directly provide the services posted on the platform, unless otherwise notified.

2. Responsibilities of Users

Users shall be responsible for:

• Providing complete and accurate information when registering for and using an account;
• Keeping their account information and password confidential;
• Carefully reviewing service information before making a booking or payment;
• Complying with Pebbles’ policies and regulations and relevant applicable laws;
• Taking responsibility for the information, content, or requests they provide on the platform.

Users shall not use the platform for fraudulent purposes, unlawful purposes, or purposes that infringe upon the lawful rights and interests of other organizations or individuals.

3. Responsibilities of Service Providers

Service providers shall be responsible for:

• Providing truthful, complete, and accurate information regarding their services;
• Ensuring compliance with operational conditions, business conditions, or professional practice conditions as required by law, if applicable;
• Providing services in accordance with the content published on the platform;
• Cooperating in the resolution of feedback, complaints, and disputes arising in connection with the services they provide;
• Complying with Pebbles’ regulations and relevant applicable laws.

Service providers shall be responsible for the quality, content, and process of providing services to users.

4. Limitation of Liability

Pebbles shall not be liable for any damage arising from users or service providers providing inaccurate or incomplete information or violating their published commitments.

Pebbles shall not assume liability on behalf of service providers for the quality, results, or professional obligations arising from services provided to users.

In all cases, Pebbles shall make reasonable efforts to support the parties in communicating and resolving arising issues within the functional scope of the platform.
