Last updated: 23 June 2026
1. General Principles
Each service on Pebbles may apply different conditions for rescheduling, cancellation, and refunds depending on the characteristics of the service and the policy of the service provider.
Users should carefully review these conditions before confirming a booking and making payment.
2. Rescheduling Services
Users may submit a request to reschedule services that are eligible for rescheduling support.
Approval of a rescheduling request depends on:
- The service provider’s policy;
- The time at which the rescheduling request is submitted;
- The service provider’s actual scheduling availability.
In certain cases, rescheduling may incur additional costs in accordance with the service provider’s previously published policy.
3. Cancellation of Services
Users may request cancellation through the platform or through Pebbles’ official support channels.
Depending on each service, a cancellation request may:
- Be eligible for a full refund;
- Be eligible for a partial refund;
- Not be eligible for a refund.
Specific conditions shall be displayed at the time of booking or on the service information page.
4. Cases Where the Service Provider Cancels or Changes the Schedule
Where a service provider is unable to perform the service according to the confirmed schedule, the service provider shall be responsible for proactively notifying and coordinating with the user to:
- Arrange a suitable replacement schedule; or
- Provide a refund in accordance with the applicable policy, if any.
Pebbles may support the parties in communicating and coordinating handling within the scope of its functions.
5. Refunds
Refunds, if any, shall be made in accordance with:
- The exchange and cancellation policy of each service;
- The agreement between the user and the service provider;
- The result of complaint or dispute handling, if any.
Refunds shall be made through the original payment method or another appropriate method in accordance with the regulations of the payment service provider.
