Payment Process

1. Payment Principles

Depending on each service, users may be required to:

  • Pay a portion of the service value in advance as a deposit;
  • Pay the full service value;
  • Pay through other methods published on the platform.

The applicable payment amount for each service shall be clearly displayed before the user confirms the transaction.


2. Payment Methods

Pebbles supports various payment methods to provide convenience for users. Depending on the relevant time, users may make payment through:

  • Domestic ATM cards;
  • Credit cards or debit cards;
  • E-wallets;
  • Bank transfer;
  • Other lawful payment methods integrated into the platform.

3. Payment Confirmation

After a transaction is successfully completed, the system shall record the payment status and send a notification to the user.

If payment is unsuccessful, the user may retry the transaction or choose another supported payment method.


4. Payment Security

Pebbles applies appropriate measures to support the protection of transaction information on the platform.

Users shall be responsible for:

  • Keeping their account information confidential;
  • Not sharing authentication codes, passwords, or login information with others;
  • Carefully checking transaction information before confirming payment.

Pebbles does not require users to provide bank passwords, OTP codes, or payment authentication information by telephone, email, or text message.


5. Handling Failed Transactions

In the event of a payment error or a transaction not being accurately recorded in the system, users may contact Pebbles through its official support channels for assistance in checking and reconciling the transaction.

Pebbles shall coordinate with payment service providers and relevant parties to verify and handle the matter within a reasonable period.


6. Refunds

Refund cases shall be handled in accordance with the exchange and cancellation policy of each service or based on the results of complaint or dispute resolution, if any.

Approved refunds, if any, shall be made through the original payment method or another method in accordance with the regulations of the payment service provider.

The actual time for receipt of funds may depend on the relevant bank or payment service provider.
