Pebbles does not directly provide the services introduced on the platform. Such services are provided by partner entities that have registered to participate in Pebbles.

Individuals or organizations that need to search for, book, and use services for families and young children.
Service Providers
Enterprises, household businesses, or individuals providing services that are permitted to operate under the laws of Vietnam, satisfy corresponding business conditions or professional practice conditions, if any, and are approved by Pebbles to participate in the platform.
3. Role of Pebbles
Pebbles operates as a connection platform.
Pebbles:
- Provides tools for searching, booking, and managing transactions;
- Supports the exchange of information between service users and service providers;
- Supports the receipt and coordination of the handling of complaints, feedback, or disputes arising on the platform.
Pebbles is not the party directly providing services and does not perform professional obligations related to the services on behalf of service providers.
4. Service Information on Pebbles
Service providers shall be responsible for ensuring that information posted on Pebbles is accurate, complete, and compliant with the law.
Pebbles has the right to review, request correction of, or cease displaying information that is incomplete, inaccurate, or shows signs of violating the law or the platform’s policies.
5. Information Support Tools
Pebbles may provide information support tools, including features using artificial intelligence (AI) technology, to help users learn about and review information more suitable to their family’s needs.
These tools are for reference support purposes only and do not replace professional advice from doctors, education specialists, or individuals or organizations qualified to practice in accordance with the law.

When using Pebbles, members undertake to:
